How do I order?

If the product can't be added to cart or you would rather get in touch with us first. email us your photo along with the details of what you want; size, finish, backing, text added etc. If any computer work is needed, we will give you an estimate once we receive all the information and then send you payment info. We use paypal, but also accept checks.
Before printing we will send you the artwork for approval.

My photo is too big to send via email?
You can upload your photo by using our upload gallery page.
Click the link below, then click "Add items" which is at the top on the left menu.
From there click "Choose File" and browse to the photo you want.
Under "Caption" Please type in your name - this is very important.
Once this has been done click the "Add items" box at the bottom of the page.
We delete the photos as soon as we have saved it onto our computer.

How long does the process take?
Most products ship within 5 days after receiving your approval.

How do I get the best results from my image I send you?
Cell phone pictures are usually too low quality, take photos on the hi resolution setting. If you are unsure, send us what you have and we will let you know if there is a problem. For collages, lower quality images may work.

Other information
As products are custom made,which is why you have to approve the art before we print. They can't be returned unless you are not satisfied with the print quality.
